Can Mcgraphics POS continue working offline if the internet or Wi-Fi drops in Oman?

Yes. Mcgraphics POS includes a built-in Offline PWA engine. Cashiers and self-ordering kiosks can continue ringing up sales, scanning barcodes, and printing tickets without internet. All transactions automatically sync to the cloud once connectivity resumes.

How does the Self-Ordering Kiosk mode work on tablets in cafes and restaurants?

Customers can tap to browse the full bilingual visual menu (Arabic & English), customize coffee and food modifiers, and choose Dine-In or Takeaway. Orders transmit directly to the kitchen display system (KDS) and thermal printers.

Does Mcgraphics POS support local card payments in Oman via AmwalPay and OmanNet?

Yes, Mcgraphics POS integrates natively with AmwalPay for online card payments, Apple Pay, and local OmanNet debit card transactions in OMR.
